Refund policy

Buyer should contact its sales representative if it wishes to return all or part of an order based upon a quality issue. In the case of a packaging or damage issue, Buyer should contact its customer service representative. In the case of a return, a return authorization number will be issued. In many cases, the Seller can salvage all or a portion of returned Product. Therefore, the material must be packaged in the original boxes and in a manner to prevent damage during shipment back to Seller's facility. If "stock" Product is returned for non-quality reasons other than packaging errors, the customer will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee and for any and all freight charges in sending the material back to Seller. Custom Product may not be returned after shipment.
